How does the 3m reusable hot and cold pack work?

Review for: 3M Nexcare Reusable Hot and Cold Pack
I order supplies for a construction company, I'm very familiar with the 3m brand as most of our hard hats, overalls are from 3m. I brought the hot and cold pack for our first aid supplies. One of the lads on site hurt his wrist so as a cold pack it was very useful. Would recommend having a cold pack in every company, good item to have in a first aid kit.

Every home should have a hot and cold pack. I have a small toddler who is learning to walk but keep running into walls. I have the cold pack in the fridge at the ready. I was also out last weekend wearing heels and twisted my ankle of course. When I came home my ankle started to throb as the alcohol was wearing off. I took the cold pack out of the freezer and it definitely helped the pain. The next morning my ankle was swollen a little but the cold pack definitely helped to reduce it. The beauty with this 3m cold pack is that it is reusable.

I am managing a gym in town and to went online to source 3M Reusable Hot and Cold Pack for an injuries that may occur while customers work out. I always get the 3M packs as they provide fast pain relief and reduces swellings.
I was very surprised to see that Huntoffice carried supplies of this nature at really compeditive prices. I must now check what other supplies i can get from Huntoffice.ie
