If you do any driving in the dark you should definitely get one of these AA car kits. Depending on your needs you may need to add to the car kit. I had a flat tyre about 3 months ago. I parked onto the side of the road put up my warning triangle, I then tried to change the tyre, jacked up the car. I proceeded to loosen the wheel but no matter how hard I tried to loosen the nuts they didn't budge, I even jumped on the wheel brace. Eventually a nice man stopped and changed the tyre in about two minutes. During the winter months however it's quite dark when I'm driving home from work so I've added a tyre inflator tin to my AA emergency car kit so I won't be caught out. Definitely I'd recommend, it the car kits don't cost a lot and are well worth it.

I travel about 60 miles a day back and forth to work. My husband brought the emergency car kit in case I have a breakdown. Thankfully I've only used the first aid kit however it's great to have peace of mind when driving. The AA emergency road kit has a lot of handy items you could need. The disposable camera is probably unnecessary as most people have camera phones. Also I had to buy jump leads which were not included. Otherwise an excellent car kit to have in your boot if you have an emergency breakdown.
