Copier Paper Buyers Guide
Buying a copier machine can be quite expensive so it is important to take care of your copier machine and buy good quality consumables including copier paper that will preserve long life span of the photocopier and produce high quality documents.
Copier paper is specially designed to withstand the heat of your copier machine. Copiers use compression and heat to imprint the ink to the paper. Poor quality paper is not designed for heat and can curl at the edges causing paper jams. We have copier paper suitable for colour and mono copier machines and laser printers that can withstand the heat during copying process and deliver high quality documents.
We have a variety of copier paper available from manufacturers including Colour Copy, HP and 5 Star.
• Our most popular type of copier paper is the 80gsm copier paper and it is typically used for everyday copying and printing. If you are printing brochures and presentations the colour copy paper range is ideal for such jobs and most customers would choose higher gsm paper including 90gsm, 100gsm, 120gsm or 160gsm copier paper as it looks and feels more premium. If you need to copy in colour it is advisable to choose a good quality copier paper with a high white and smooth finish for the best results.
• We also have copier paper available in a range of different sizes. A4 copy paper would be the most popular size paper however we also supply A3 copier paper.
• To help protect the environment we offer copier paper that conforms to FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) standards by using pulp from responsibly managed forests. Forest Stewardship Council has developed standards so you can be sure the products you choose come from well managed forests.
• Many photocopiers are also used for network printing and therefore can require a lot of paper. To accommodate larger volume users we have boxes of copier paper containing 5 reams per box. However if you use small amounts of paper you can choose to purchase in individual reams at very competitive prices.
