Choosing the right Desk Diary

There are many different sizes and styles of diaries to choose from including a choice of page layouts which are suitable for different purposes depending on what you intend to use the diary for:

• 1 Week to View – These diaries have a layout of a week over 2 pages. 1 week to view diaries have a small column of a few lines for each day to take down any information. This layout is ideal for those that like to organize their week and have a general overview instead of looking through several pages at a time. 1 week to view diaries are perfect for small office users or home users as personal desk diaries.

• 1 Day per Page – These diaries are the most popular and are commonly used in offices as business diaries as they have a dedicated day to each page. With such a large space on each column, these desk diaries are often used as appointment diaries and also to record customer information. Most of these diaries have a ribbon to bookmark the last page used, especially useful if you need to go through previous appointments on other pages for example.
