These are a handy alternative to a folder, especially if you've obscure sized paper or like me you're too lazy to go punching. Simply get you're document or receipt and pop in into your box file, the spring locks keeps the documents from moving around and the foolscap box file fits nearly onto shelves.

These box files are great for a few reasons. They stand upright without falling over no matter how much you have in them and they keep documents dust free. The spring lock is also very handy as it keeps the contents secured in place while allowing room for more documents. This box file for the price is very good quality, sturdy enough to hold the heavy documents I have stored in there. I recommend the box file over lever arch folders.

We use these Foolscap box files in our office as an alternative to the Lever arch as we find with a lot of documents they tend to topple over when placed on a shelf. These are stored very easily and the spring lock means you can fit a lot more into them. Very sturdy also, they can be placed on top of each other if needed. Good quality product by 5 Star.

I work from home and great value and all as it is, sometimes bulk buying is not convenient. I like that this 5 star Box File Spring Lock Foolscap 70mm Spine can be bought singly. They are of excellent quality. Although they are foolscap size, I use them for A4 documents also. The finger pull and locking plastic clip are very robust also. I would have no hesitation recommending this product or this website.
