Project Details: BayWa r.e. is a leading global renewable energy developer, service provider, distributor and energy solutions provider.  BayWa r.e's mission is to Re.think energy; how it is produced and how best to use it.  Based in 29 countries including Offices in Ireland, BayWare has recently added a new Irish location in Cork City, continuing its Irish expansion.  The brief for this extensive fit out project was to design and build a brand new comfortable, functional and inspiring office space for BayWare staff and clients.  The workspace was designed to incorporate an Open Plan Office, Cellular Offices, Meeting Rooms, Canteen and Breakout space and Boardroom facilities; to accommodate their growing workforce.

Working closely with the Client
Huntoffice Interiors was contracted to provide a new, fit for purpose space for Baywa r.e. in Cork City. The scope involved, design, strip out and building of the agreed new office layout including all electrical work, air conditioning systems, data management and glass partitions systems to form offices and meeting rooms. This extensive fit out also incorporated new office flooring, Meeting pods, Acoustic wall panels, Audio visual technology walls, Office furniture, Canteen/Breakout areas and feature walls. The client allowed lots of scope for creativity using living walls, clever acoustic panels, graphics, and furniture which resulted in beautiful space to work. Specialists collaborated to bring the Graphics and Signage together and also the stunning Living Walls and Green spaces.
