CSR - Our Environment

HuntOffice strives to meet or exceed all the environmental legislation that relates to the Company. We source and promote a product range to minimise the environmental impact of both production and distribution, using an accredited program to offset the greenhouse gas emissions generated by our activities.

		At HuntOffice.ie we provide over 5,000 choices in recycled products, many including the Fairtrade certification. Our aim is to continually increase our environmentally friendly offering for a greener & cleaner society.

We have invested in our first Electric Vehicle and we have future plans to replace our current stock of diesel vehicles with Electric Vehicles as we upgrade the fleet.

		We are exploring using rainwater harvesting for our Wash Rooms at our HuntOffice.ie headquarters to promote both water and energy conservation.

We have introduced remote/hybrid working across all our offices nationally. Our employees health & well being is paramount and we understand a work/life balance is important whilst maintaining productivity. Reducing commutes also means fewer emissions and reduces our carbon footprint.

		We are currently researching the placement of Photovoltaic panels on the roof of our Newcastlewest Head Office to generate a portion of our own electricity to produce clean green renewable energy from daylight - a free and natural resource.
