Most fit-outs settle on one or two chair models across the whole office rather than letting every desk choose independently. That keeps reordering, warranty tracking and servicing manageable. The trade-off is choosing a model with enough adjustment range that it suits a genuinely varied team rather than only an average-sized person.
Shortlisting before you commit to quantity
Buying online works well for most orders. For a large order across dozens of desks it helps to shortlist a couple of options first rather than choosing on the strength of a single product page.
