Flip chart paper pads are commonly used in boardrooms and training rooms for presentations or meetings to document items discussed. Flip charts are also great for recording brain storming ideas. Flip chart pads are typically mounted onto flip cart easels however if you are a person on the move it’s possible to get flipchart pads that can stand alone on a desktop. A question that is often asked is - what size is flip chart paper? A standardized size of flip chart paper is the A1 format (841 x 594 mm or 33.1 x 23.4 in). Although most of manufacturers label their flip chart paper as A1 size it is always worth checking the exact product dimensions as there might be some minor differences in dimensions between particular brands. Generally flip chart markers are used to write on the flip chart paper, most flip chart paper would have a special coating to prevent the marker bleeding through.
