Float Design Story Designed and engineered by the Humanscale Design Studio, the Float height-adjustable table was created to make the sit-stand movement effortless. Determined to make a height adjustable desk that didn't use electricity or a cumbersome crank, the designers used a unique counterbalance mechanism that enables one-hand height adjustment for ergonomic sit-stand use. Float has clean, minimal lines that complement its modern functionality. Accommodating multiple sizes and shapes of tops, Float can easily incorporate into any office or home environment. Ergonomic essentials such as keyboard systems, monitor arms, and task lights seamlessly incorporate into a Float workstation. Its inspiring design also allows for unrestricted space for legs, knees and feet beneath the work surface.
