| Project: Sidetrade Office Fitout in Dublin Office Fit Out Brief: Sidetrade Ireland, a leading global Credit Management company, decided to locate their European head office in Mount Street, Dublin. HuntOffice Interiors won the tender to fit out the complete building to accommodate 120 new workplaces. Project Details: The scope of fitout works was expansive in that the building needed to accommodate 120 staff in a short period of time and HuntOffice Interiors worked with Sidetrade’s management to plan a schedule that worked for the client’s needs. Detailed scope of works: The Sidetrade fit out project involved a full building makeover including electrical and data work, flooring, stud and glazed partitions, building of new staff canteen areas, forming of large and small meeting rooms, fitout and furnishing of managers offices, reception area, storage facility, raised access flooring installation, Comms room along with some phone booth areas for staff to make personal calls. Blinds, smart wall whiteboard paint and signage also were provided by HuntOffice Interiors. Project time scale: The project had a six-week timescale from start to finish and was completed on time and within the budget. |
