- ZOLL Unique Features:
- Real CPR Help – With ‘Real CPR Help’ the rescuer is able to ensure they are providing the most effective CPR to the patient. A continuous metronome supports the CPR rate delivery. In addition to this, easy-to-follow voice prompts instruct the first responder on their delivery of CPR to provide accuracy and confidence in the treatment they provide. The touchscreen will also show the progress made, providing real-time feedback on the quality of CPR given.
- ZOLL PlusTrac AED Program Management System – As a WiFi compatible device, users are able to connect to WiFi networks to link the device to ZOLL’s PlusTrac AED Program Management System which assists you in the management of your device. After a daily, weekly and monthly self-test, the results will be uploaded to PlusTrac where the user can see if their device is fully functional and ready to rescue. If the self-check and/or reporting to PlusTrac fails, you will be notified immediately to allow you to make any required maintenance to ensure your device is ready to save a life.
- Push Child Button – Unlike other devices, the ZOLL AED 3 can enter into child rescue mode at the touch of a button. This means there is no need for a child key or a change of electrode pads in order to provide defibrillation on a child. This ensures treatment can be delivered rapidly and decreases maintenance costs of the AED 3 considerably as no extra accessories are required for a child rescue.
- RapidShock Analysis - The RapidShock analysis feature on the AED 3 allows for continuous treatment and more hands-on time. This technological development allows the device to deliver a shock, if required, in as little as 5 seconds.
