    This is the best chair I've ever owned! Very comfortable. As ergonomic as it can get. Everything, including the caster wheels, is good quality.
    Advantages: Easy to follow instructions. Easy to assemble. Comfortable. Great for back support. Easy to adjust lumbar, seat, headrest & armrests. Not too bulky, can fit in medium-small office desk space.
    Disadvantages: Upon assembly, the seat part and back part is quite heavy. Some metal parts almost have sharp edges. But no other complaints.
