We abide by the Irish and EU Rules on Data Protection. will not give, sell, trade or rent in any way or form,information supplied by our customers to a third party.

Your information is strictly used for internal purposes to process your orders. We need to collect basic login data (e.g. email address, password, company name) when you register with us. This information is used to identify our customers and to send order confirmations. We collect delivery and billing information (ie. invoice & delivery addresses, phone numbers etc) at the Checkout page in order to process your order and to contact you should there be a problem with your order.

When an order is placed via credit card, payments are taken at the time the order is placed. value our customers privacy and understand that you don't want your name and personal details sold or given to third parties. will not sell, give, trade or rent your information to a third party. We will only provide your information to a third party, who will also keep your personal details protected, when it is necessary for processing your order and facilitating delivery.

Are payments on secure?

Absolutely Yes

Security PaymentsAt we never store your credit card information on any of our systems.  Your credit card details are encrypted and stored directly by our payment gateway providers Stripe & Worldnet who are fully complaint with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). uses a secure server to automatically transmit an encrypted message to Stripe, Worldnet, AIB and Bank Of Ireland.

Users have the option at any time to delete their saved card details by clicking here

If you recently updated or added a new credit or debit card to your account, a temporary transaction of €1 may appear in your bank statement to verify that your card is open and in good standing. The charge will appear as ‘pending’ and is automatically voided after we have verified your card. 

Please be aware that this is not a charge, and will disappear from your statement.  Depending on your bank it can disappear anywhere from a few minutes to a few weeks.
