Hole punch also known as a paper punch is a commonly used office accessory that is used to create holes in a sheet of paper, mainly for the purpose of filing the sheets in a ring binder or folder. You can purchase low volume hole punches and heavy duty high volume hole punches, they both work exactly the same way the difference is the level size, generally for larger volume punches the level size is longer so the hole punch has to exert more pressure.
